스크리닝

신원과 배경을 오프라인 기반으로 직접 확인합니다. 모든 만남의 신뢰는 여기서 시작됩니다.

We verify identity and background through an offline-based process. Every introduction begins with trust.

신분, 혼인 상태, 학력, 직업에 관한 서류를 확인합니다. 검증의 범위와 한계는 이용약관 제10조에 안내되어 있습니다.
Verification is based on the documents you provide. See Clause 10 of our Terms for its scope and limits.

Conversation

면담

파운더가 직접 만납니다. 숫자로 담기 어려운 것들 — 성향, 삶의 방식, 진짜 원하는 것 — 을 함께 이야기합니다.

The founders meet you personally. We listen for what numbers can't capture — temperament, way of life, what you truly want.

Membership

계약

회원 자격이 확정되면, 멤버십 가입 계약서를 작성합니다. 이 자리에서 멤버십에 포함되는 소개권과 만남권의 횟수, 기간, 요금을 함께 확인하고 서명합니다.

Once your membership is confirmed, we sign the Membership Agreement together. At this point we walk you through the number of introductions and meetings included, the term, and the fee.

요금과 환불 조건은 계약 전에 충분히 안내드립니다. 계약일로부터 5일 이내에는 소정의 사무처리비용을 제외하고 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
Fees and refund terms are explained in full before you sign. You may cancel within five days of signing, subject to a processing fee.

준비가 되었을 때, 신중하게 선별된 한 분의 프로필을 조용히 전해드립니다. 프로필을 전해드리는 순간부터 소개가 시작됩니다. 양측이 만남을 원하시는 경우, 회사가 자리를 주선합니다.

When the moment is right, we quietly share the profile of one carefully considered person. The introduction begins the moment that profile reaches you. Where both sides wish to proceed, we arrange the meeting itself.

소개권과 만남권

Prime Match의 멤버십은 두 가지 권리로 이루어집니다.

소개권 · Introduction Credit

회사가 선별한 상대방의 프로필을 전해드리는 권리입니다. 프로필을 전해드리는 순간 소개권 한 번이 사용됩니다. 프로필을 보신 뒤 만남을 원하지 않으셔도 마찬가지입니다. 한 분을 찾고, 확인하고, 만남의 의사를 여쭙는 과정에 이미 저희의 시간과 비용이 들어가기 때문입니다.

An Introduction Credit is used the moment we deliver a profile to you — including when you decide not to meet the person after reviewing it. The work of finding, verifying, and approaching that person has already been done.

만남권 · Meeting Credit

양측이 만남을 원하실 때, 회사가 자리를 주선하는 권리입니다. 실제 만남이 이루어질 때 사용됩니다. 만남 직전에는 회원과 상대방이 각각 신상정보 확인서를 작성하여 서로 교부합니다.

A Meeting Credit is used when a meeting actually takes place. Before meeting, both parties complete and exchange a personal information declaration.

전해드린 프로필이 사전에 협의한 조건과 명백히 다른 경우에는 3일 이내에 말씀해 주시면 소개권 차감 없이 다른 분을 소개해 드립니다. 회사 또는 상대방의 사정으로 만남이 이루어지지 못한 경우에도 차감하지 않습니다. 자세한 기준은 이용약관 제3조를 확인해 주십시오.

If a profile clearly differs from the criteria we agreed on, let us know within three days and we will introduce someone else without using a credit. See Clause 3 of our Terms for the full basis.
