제1조 정의Definitions

본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 뜻은 다음과 같습니다. 특히 "소개권"과 "만남권"의 구분은 요금 차감과 직결되므로 반드시 확인하십시오.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Please pay particular attention to the distinction between an "Introduction Credit" and a "Meeting Credit", as it determines how your membership is drawn down.

제2조 회원 자격 및 가입Eligibility and Application

1. 회원은 가입 시점에 만 21세 이상이며 법적으로 미혼이어야 합니다. You must be at least 21 years of age and legally unmarried at the time of joining.
2. 회사의 서비스는 지인의 추천 또는 웹사이트를 통한 직접 지원으로 신청할 수 있습니다. 신청서 제출이 곧 가입을 의미하지 않으며, 회사는 자체 기준에 따라 신청을 승인하지 않을 수 있습니다. Applications may be made through a personal referral or directly via our website. Submitting an application does not constitute membership; we may decline any application at our discretion.
3. 가입 절차는 ① 신청 → ② 서류 기반 자격 심사 및 신원 확인 → ③ 파운더 면담 → ④ 멤버십 가입 계약서 서명 및 결제 → ⑤ 서비스 개시 순으로 진행됩니다. The process runs as follows: (i) application; (ii) document-based eligibility screening and identity verification; (iii) personal interview with a founder; (iv) signing of the Membership Agreement and payment; (v) commencement of the Services.
4. 회사는 신분증, 학력·재직·소득 증명, 혼인관계 증명 등 증빙자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있으며, 회원이 이에 응하지 않는 경우 가입을 거절하거나 서비스 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. We may require supporting documents including identification, and proof of education, employment, income and marital status. We may decline your application or suspend the Services if you do not provide them.

제3조 서비스의 제공 방식 및 차감 기준How the Services Are Provided

1. 회사는 담당 컨설턴트와 사전 협의한 기준에 부합하고, 회원과의 만남 의사가 있는 이성의 프로필을 회원에게 제공합니다. We provide profiles of individuals who meet the criteria agreed in advance with your consultant and who are willing to meet you.
2. 프로필의 제공을 서비스의 제공으로 봅니다. 적합한 프로필을 제공하였음에도 회원의 거절로 만남이 진행되지 않는 경우에도 같습니다. Delivery of a profile constitutes provision of the Services. This applies equally where a suitable profile has been delivered but no meeting takes place because you decline.
3. 이의 제기 및 대체 제공: 제공된 프로필이 사전 협의 기준의 객관적 항목(연령, 혼인경력, 종교, 자녀 계획 등)과 명백히 다른 경우, 회원은 3일 이내에 사유를 밝혀 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 차감 없이 대체 프로필을 제공합니다. (멤버십 기간 중 최대 3회) Objections and replacement: Where a profile clearly differs from the objective criteria agreed in advance (age, marital history, religion, plans regarding children, and the like), you may object within three days, stating your reasons. We will then provide a replacement profile without deducting a credit, up to three times during the Membership Term.
4. 회사 또는 상대방의 귀책사유로 만남이 진행되지 않는 경우, 회사는 동일한 횟수만큼 새로운 프로필을 제공합니다. Where a meeting does not take place due to our fault or that of the other party, we will provide an equivalent number of new profiles.
5. 회원이 확정된 만남에 불참하는 경우, 사전 통보 여부와 관계없이 해당 만남은 정상적으로 진행된 것으로 보아 차감합니다. If you fail to attend a confirmed meeting, the meeting is treated as having taken place and a credit is deducted, regardless of whether you gave advance notice.
6. 만남권 사용 전, 회원과 상대방은 [별지 2] 신상정보 확인서를 각각 작성하여 상호 교부합니다. Before a Meeting Credit is used, you and the other party each complete and exchange the Personal Information Declaration (Annex 2).

제4조 멤버십 기간, 연장 및 정지Term, Extension and Suspension

1. 멤버십 유효기간은 개시일로부터 1년입니다. Your membership runs for one year from the commencement date.
2. 아래 사유가 있는 경우, 회원은 최대 6개월까지 기간을 연장하거나 정지할 수 있습니다. 연장 또는 정지에 따른 추가비용이 발생하는 경우, 회사는 신청 시 개별적으로 안내드립니다. In the circumstances below, you may extend or suspend your membership by up to six months. Where an additional fee applies, we will inform you individually at the time of your request.

3. 미사용 횟수는 기간 만료로 소멸합니다. 회사는 만료 30일 전까지 잔여 횟수를 서면(이메일 포함)으로 통지합니다. Unused credits lapse on expiry of the Membership Term. We will notify you of your remaining credits in writing (including by email) at least 30 days before expiry.
4. 재가입 시 회사는 패키지·금액·횟수·기간을 기재한 확인서를 발행합니다. On renewal, we will issue a confirmation setting out the package, fee, number of credits and term.

제5조 요금, GST 및 환불Fees, GST and Refunds

5.1 요금 · Fees

1. 멤버십 요금은 회원의 조건과 선택하는 패키지에 따라 다르며, 파운더 면담 시 개별적으로 안내합니다. Membership fees vary according to your circumstances and the package you select, and are quoted individually during your interview with a founder.
2. 회사가 안내하는 모든 금액은 싱가포르 상품·서비스세(GST, 현행 9%)를 포함한 금액입니다. All amounts we quote are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST, currently 9%).
3. 회원은 멤버십에 포함된 정규 횟수만을 구매한 것으로 인정하며, 성혼 등 결과에 대한 대가를 지급하는 것이 아닙니다. You are purchasing only the stated number of credits included in your membership. You are not paying for any outcome, including marriage.

5.2 환불액 산정의 기준 · Basis of refund calculation

회사는 계약서에 첨부된 [정상 요금표] 를 두고 있으며, 이 요금표는 환불액 산정에만 적용됩니다. 정상 요금표는 Standard / Premium / International(외국인) 구분에 따라 소개권 1회 및 만남권 1회의 정상 가격을 정합니다.

Our Membership Agreement includes a Standard Rate Card, which applies solely for the purpose of calculating refunds. It sets the standard price of one Introduction Credit and one Meeting Credit across the Standard, Premium and International (non-Korean nationals) tiers.

5.3 환불 정책 · Refund policy

1. 위 20%는 회사가 회원을 위하여 실제 지출하는 상담·탐색·신원확인 비용에 대한 합리적 예정액이며, 위약벌(penalty)이 아닙니다. The 20% represents a genuine pre-estimate of the consultation, search and verification costs we actually incur on your behalf. It is not a penalty.
2. 할인 또는 프로모션으로 가입한 경우에도 환불액은 정상 요금을 기준으로 산정합니다. 다만 산정 결과가 0 이하인 경우 환불액은 없으며, 회원이 회사에 추가로 지급할 금액도 없습니다. Where you joined at a discounted or promotional rate, the refund is still calculated against the standard rates. If the calculation yields zero or less, no refund is payable — and you owe us nothing further.
3. 환불은 회사가 요청을 승인한 날로부터 30일 이내에 지급합니다. Refunds are paid within 30 days of our approving the request.

제6조 회원의 정보 제공 의무Your Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

1. 회원은 혼인, 연령, 학력, 직업, 재산 등에 관하여 오직 사실만을 전달해야 합니다. You must provide only truthful information regarding your marital status, age, education, occupation and assets.
2. 회사는 증빙자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있습니다. We may require supporting documents.
3. 회원이 제출한 자료가 고의의 위·변조 또는 은폐로 사실과 다름이 확인되는 경우, 멤버십 제공은 즉시 종료되며 환불하지 않습니다. Where your submissions are found to be untrue as a result of deliberate falsification, alteration or concealment, your membership terminates immediately and no refund is payable.
4. 이미 제공한 정보에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 7일 이내에 회사에 통지해야 합니다. You must notify us within seven days of any material change to information you have already provided.

제7조 미혼 자격의 유지Maintaining Single Status

1. 회원은 만 21세 이상이며 계약 시점에 법적 미혼임을 확인합니다. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally unmarried as at the date of the Agreement.
2. 서비스 이용 중 사실혼 또는 법률혼 관계가 성립하는 경우 즉시 회사에 통보해야 하며, 이 경우 회원은 기간 정지 또는 계약 해지를 선택할 수 있습니다. You must notify us immediately if you enter into a marriage or a de facto marital relationship during the Membership Term. You may then elect either to suspend the term or to terminate the Agreement.
3. 회원이 위 사실을 은폐한 경우 제6조 제3항이 적용됩니다. Clause 6.3 applies where you conceal any such fact.

제8조 회원의 주의 의무 및 금지행위Member Conduct

회사는 수준 높고 안전한 만남을 위하여 부적절한 행위에 대한 제재 규정을 적용합니다. 아래 사실이 확인되는 경우 환불 없이 서비스 제공이 종료될 수 있습니다.

To keep every introduction safe and of a high standard, we enforce rules against inappropriate conduct. Where any of the following is established, the Services may be terminated without refund.

1. 지각, 불참, 무례한 태도, 성의 없는 복장 등 상대에게 불쾌함을 줄 수 있는 일방적 행위 Lateness, non-attendance, discourtesy, careless dress, or other one-sided conduct likely to cause offence to the other party.
2. 협의되지 않은 장소 또는 방식의 만남을 유도하거나 이를 대체하려는 시도 Inducing or substituting a meeting at a place or in a manner not agreed in advance.
3. 상대의 정보를 복제·도용·유포하는 행위 Copying, misappropriating or disseminating the other party's information.
4. 상대에게 금전 대여, 투자, 사업 또는 다단계판매를 권유하는 행위 Soliciting the other party for loans, investments, business ventures or multi-level marketing.
5. 대가를 조건으로 성적 관계를 요구하거나 제공하는 행위 Requesting or offering sexual relations in exchange for consideration.
6. 상대의 동의 없는 촬영·녹음, 괴롭힘 또는 불안감을 주는 반복적 연락 Recording or photographing the other party without consent, harassment, or repeated contact causing distress.

제9조 개인정보의 처리Personal Data

1. 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 [별지 1] 동의서 및 개인정보처리방침에 기재된 목적 범위에서 수집·이용하며, 소개에 필요한 범위에서만 상대방에게 제공합니다. We collect and use your personal data within the purposes set out in the Consent Form (Annex 1) and our Privacy Policy, and disclose it to the other party only to the extent necessary for the introduction.
2. 신분증 번호, 주소 및 직접 연락처는 회원의 별도 동의 없이 상대방에게 제공하지 않습니다. We do not disclose your identification numbers, address or direct contact details to the other party without your separate consent.
3. 회사는 개인정보를 국외로 이전할 수 있으며, 이 경우 이전받는 자가 싱가포르 PDPA에 준하는 수준의 보호를 유지하도록 조치합니다. We may transfer personal data outside Singapore. Where we do, we ensure the recipient maintains a standard of protection comparable to that under the Singapore PDPA.
4. 회원이 동의를 철회하는 경우 서비스 제공이 불가하며, 제5.3조(이용 도중 환불)에 따라 정산합니다. If you withdraw consent, we cannot continue to provide the Services, and settlement is made under Clause 5.3 (refund during the term).
5. 회사는 계약서 및 신상정보 확인서를 계약 종료일로부터 5년간 보존합니다. We retain the Agreement and the Personal Information Declaration for five years from the date of termination.

제10조 보증의 부인No Warranty

본 조는 회사가 제공하는 것과 제공하지 않는 것을 명확히 하기 위한 조항입니다. 반드시 확인해 주십시오.

This clause sets out what we do and do not undertake. Please read it carefully.

1. 회사는 성실히 소개를 제공하나, 교제·약혼·혼인의 성사를 보장하지 않습니다. 회원은 성혼 결과에 관한 어떠한 약속에도 의존하지 아니하였음을 확인합니다. We commit ourselves fully to each introduction, but we do not guarantee courtship, engagement or marriage. You confirm that you have not relied on any promise as to such an outcome.
2. 회사의 검증은 회원이 제출한 서류 및 회사가 접근 가능한 자료에 기초한 확인입니다. 회사는 상당한 주의로 검증을 수행하나, 제3자가 발급한 서류의 진위나 회원 본인의 진술이 모든 면에서 사실과 부합함을 절대적으로 보증하지는 않습니다. Our verification is based on the documents you submit and on materials available to us. We carry it out with due care, but we do not absolutely warrant the authenticity of third-party documents or that a member's statements are accurate in every respect.
3. 회사는 상대방의 언동, 또는 상대방이 제공한 정보의 정확성에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다. We are not responsible for the conduct or statements of the other party, or for the accuracy of information they provide.
4. 회원은 첫 만남을 공개된 장소에서 진행할 것을 권고받았음을 확인합니다. You confirm that you have been advised to hold first meetings in a public place.
5. 회사가 제공하는 프로필은 상대방의 동의를 얻어 구성된 것이며, 회사는 상대방이 만남 이후 어떠한 태도를 취할지에 대하여 관여하거나 보장하지 않습니다. Profiles are compiled with the consent of the other party. We neither control nor warrant how that person may conduct themselves after a meeting.

제11조 손해배상 및 책임의 범위Liability and Indemnity

1. 회원이 본 약관 및 계약상의 의무를 위반한 사실이 확인될 경우, 회사는 환불 없이 멤버십 계약을 종료할 수 있으며 회원은 계약 위반으로 인한 민·형사상의 책임을 부담합니다. Where you are found to have breached these Terms or the Agreement, we may terminate your membership without refund, and you bear civil and criminal liability arising from the breach.
2. 회원이 상대의 정보를 유포한 경우, 회원은 정보가 유포된 상대방 1인당 SGD 5,000을 지급합니다. 회사에 발생한 실제 손해가 위 금액을 초과하는 경우 회사는 그 초과분의 배상을 청구할 수 있으며, 위 금액은 배상액에 충당됩니다. If you disseminate another party's information, you shall pay SGD 5,000 for each person whose information was disseminated. Where our actual loss exceeds that sum, we may claim the excess, and the sum paid is credited against it.
3. 회사는 위 금전 청구와 별도로 유포행위의 금지(injunction) 를 청구할 수 있습니다. Separately from any monetary claim, we may seek injunctive relief to restrain such dissemination.
4. 본 계약과 관련한 회사의 총 책임은 회원이 지급한 멤버십 대금을 한도로 합니다. Our aggregate liability in connection with the Agreement is limited to the membership fee you have paid.
5. 다만 회사의 과실로 인한 사망·상해 및 사기(fraud)에 대한 책임은 제한하지 않으며, 그 밖에 싱가포르 법상 제한이 허용되지 않는 책임 역시 제한하지 않습니다. However, we do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, nor any other liability which cannot be limited under Singapore law.

제12조 계약의 종료Termination

1. 회원에 의한 종료: 회원은 언제든지 서면으로 계약의 종료를 요청할 수 있으며, 제5.3조에 따라 정산합니다. Termination by you: You may request termination in writing at any time. Settlement is made under Clause 5.3.
2. 회사에 의한 종료: 회사는 아래의 경우 환불 없이 계약을 종료할 수 있습니다. Termination by us: We may terminate without refund where:
   • 회원이 제출한 자료가 고의의 위·변조 또는 은폐로 사실과 다름이 확인된 경우 (제6조 제3항) Your submissions are found untrue through deliberate falsification, alteration or concealment (Clause 6.3);
   • 회원이 제8조의 금지행위를 한 사실이 확인된 경우 You are found to have engaged in conduct prohibited under Clause 8.
3. 계약이 종료되더라도 제9조(개인정보 보존), 제11조(손해배상), 제13조(준거법)는 계속 효력을 가집니다. Clauses 9 (retention of personal data), 11 (liability) and 13 (governing law) survive termination.

제13조 준거법 및 분쟁 해결Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. 본 약관 및 계약은 싱가포르 법에 따릅니다. These Terms and the Agreement are governed by the laws of Singapore.
2. 분쟁이 발생하는 경우, 당사자는 먼저 성실한 협의를 거치며, 협의로 해결되지 않는 경우 CASE(Consumers Association of Singapore) 조정을 거칩니다. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first engage in good-faith negotiation, and failing resolution, proceed to mediation through CASE (the Consumers Association of Singapore).
3. 위 절차로도 해결되지 않는 분쟁은 싱가포르 법원의 관할에 따릅니다. Any dispute not resolved by those means is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

제14조 기타General

1. 본 약관 및 계약의 변경은 서면 합의에 의합니다. Any variation of these Terms or the Agreement must be agreed in writing.
2. 이용권(소개권·만남권)은 타인에게 양도할 수 없습니다. Credits (Introduction and Meeting Credits) are not transferable.
3. 본 계약은 한국어본과 영문본으로 작성될 수 있으며, 회원이 서명한 언어본을 정본으로 합니다. The Agreement may be executed in Korean and in English. The language version you signed is the authoritative text.
4. 본 약관의 일부 조항이 무효로 판단되더라도 나머지 조항의 효력에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
