0. 개요Introduction

본 방침은 Prime Match(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 이성 소개 및 만남 주선 서비스(이하 "서비스")와 관련하여, 회사가 회원 및 가입 신청자(이하 "회원")의 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·제공·보관·파기하는지를 설명합니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Match ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, retains and disposes of the personal data of members and applicants ("you") in connection with our introduction and matchmaking services (the "Services").

본 방침은 싱가포르 개인정보보호법(Personal Data Protection Act 2012, "PDPA")을 기준으로 작성되었으며, 회사와 회원 간에 체결된 멤버십 가입 계약서 제7조 및 [별지 1] 개인정보 수집·이용·제공 동의서와 함께 적용됩니다. 본 방침과 위 계약서의 내용이 상충하는 경우, 회원이 서명한 계약서 및 동의서가 우선합니다.

This Policy is prepared in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and applies together with Clause 7 and Annex 1 of the Membership Agreement you have signed. Where this Policy conflicts with the signed Agreement and Consent Form, the signed documents prevail.

1. 수집하는 개인정보Personal Data We Collect

회사는 서비스 단계별로 아래 개인정보를 수집합니다. 별표(★)가 표시된 항목은 민감한 정보로, 제12조의 특칙이 적용됩니다.

We collect personal data in stages, as set out below. Items marked (★) are sensitive and subject to the additional safeguards in Clause 12.

프로필 제공 및 만남 이력, 만남에 대한 회원의 피드백 및 상대방에 대한 평가, 담당 컨설턴트와의 상담 기록, [별지 2] 신상정보 확인서, 멤버십 결제 정보(결제일·수단·금액). 카드 전체 번호는 회사가 보관하지 않으며 결제대행사가 처리합니다.

Records of profiles delivered and meetings held; your feedback on meetings and assessments of the other party; consultation records with your consultant; the Personal Information Declaration (Annex 2); and payment details (date, method, amount). We do not store full card numbers; these are handled by our payment processor.

웹사이트(primematch.vip 및 app.primematch.vip) 접속 시 IP 주소, 브라우저 및 기기 정보, 접속 일시, 방문 페이지, 쿠키. 상세는 제9조를 참조하십시오.

When you visit our websites (primematch.vip and app.primematch.vip): IP address, browser and device information, access date and time, pages visited, and cookies. See Clause 9 for details.

2. 수집·이용 목적Purposes of Collection and Use

회사는 아래 목적으로만 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다.

We collect and use personal data only for the following purposes.

1. 회원 자격 심사 및 제공한 정보의 진위 확인 — 신분, 혼인 상태, 학력, 직업, 소득, 건강 및 범죄경력에 관한 검증 Screening your eligibility and verifying the information you provide — identity, marital status, education, occupation, income, health and criminal record.
2. 적합한 상대방의 탐색 및 매칭 — 회원이 사전 협의한 기준에 부합하는 상대방의 선별 Identifying and matching suitable counterparties who meet the criteria agreed with you in advance.
3. 상대방에게 제공할 프로필 정보의 구성 및 전달 (제4조 참조) Compiling and delivering profile information to the other party (see Clause 4).
4. 만남의 주선·운영 및 서비스에 관한 연락 Arranging and running meetings, and communicating with you about the Services.
5. 회원 안전 및 서비스 품질의 확보 — 계약서 제6조 위반 여부의 확인 및 조치 Safeguarding member safety and service quality — investigating and acting on breaches of Clause 6 of the Agreement.
6. 위 목적을 위한 회사의 계열사·제휴사·수탁자에 대한 국내외 이전 (제5조 참조) Transferring data, within and outside Singapore, to our affiliates, partners and processors for the purposes above (see Clause 5).
7. 요금 청구, 환불 산정 및 회계 처리 Billing, refund calculation and accounting.
8. 관계 법령의 준수, 분쟁의 해결 및 계약의 이행 Complying with applicable law, resolving disputes and performing the Agreement.
9. (별도 동의 시) 마케팅 및 서비스 안내 정보의 발송 (제10조 참조) (Where separately consented) Sending marketing and service information (see Clause 10).

회사는 위에 열거되지 않은 목적으로 개인정보를 이용하지 않으며, 새로운 목적이 생기는 경우 별도의 동의를 받습니다.

We do not use your personal data for any purpose beyond those listed above; where a new purpose arises, we obtain fresh consent.

3. 동의의 근거 및 철회Basis of Consent and Withdrawal

1. 회사는 회원의 명시적 동의에 근거하여 개인정보를 수집·이용·제공합니다. 다만 PDPA가 동의 없는 수집·이용·제공을 허용하는 경우(법령상 의무의 이행, 회원 또는 타인의 생명·안전에 대한 긴급한 위험의 방지, 법적 청구권의 행사·방어 등)에는 그러하지 아니합니다. We collect, use and disclose personal data on the basis of your express consent, except where the PDPA permits us to do so without consent — for example, to comply with a legal obligation, to address an urgent risk to the life or safety of you or another person, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
2. 회원은 언제든지 dpo@primematch.vip 로 서면 통지하여 동의를 철회할 수 있으며, 회사는 통지 수령일로부터 10영업일 이내에 철회의 효과를 안내합니다. You may withdraw consent at any time by written notice to dpo@primematch.vip. We will explain the effect of withdrawal within 10 business days of receiving your notice.
3. 동의를 철회하는 경우 서비스의 제공이 불가능합니다. 이 경우 회사는 멤버십 가입 계약서 제2조 제4항(중도 환불)에 따라 정산합니다. 즉, 멤버십 대금의 20%를 사무처리비용으로 공제하고 이미 이용한 횟수를 정상 요금으로 정산한 잔액을 환불하며, 산정 결과가 0 이하인 경우 환불액은 없습니다. If you withdraw consent, we cannot continue to provide the Services. Settlement is then made under Clause 2(4) of the Membership Agreement: we deduct 20% of the membership fee as an administration charge, settle credits already used at standard rates, and refund the balance. If the calculation yields zero or less, no refund is payable.
4. 동의 철회는 철회 이전에 적법하게 이루어진 처리의 효력에는 영향을 미치지 않으며, 제6조의 법정·계약상 보존 의무에도 영향을 미치지 않습니다. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, nor our retention obligations under Clause 6.

4. 제3자 제공Disclosure to Third Parties

회사는 아래의 경우에 한하여 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다.

We disclose personal data to third parties only in the circumstances below.

4.1 매칭 상대방인 다른 회원에게 · To other members (matching counterparties)

서비스의 본질상, 회사는 회원의 프로필 정보를 매칭 상대방에게 제공합니다. 이는 서비스 제공의 핵심 요소이며, 회원의 동의에 근거합니다.

By the very nature of the Services, we disclose your profile information to prospective matches. This is central to the Services and is done on the basis of your consent.

• 신분증 번호, 주소 및 직접 연락처는 회원의 별도 명시적 동의 없이 상대방에게 제공하지 않습니다. We do not disclose identification numbers, addresses or direct contact details to the other party without your separate express consent.
• [별지 2] 신상정보 확인서는 만남권 사용 직전에 회원과 상대방이 각각 작성하여 상호 직접 교부하는 문서이며, 회사는 그 교부 절차를 안내하고 사본을 보관합니다. The Personal Information Declaration (Annex 2) is completed and exchanged directly between you and the other party immediately before a Meeting Credit is used. We facilitate the exchange and retain a copy.
• 회사는 상대방에게 제공한 정보의 항목과 시점을 기록하며, 회원은 요청 시 이를 열람할 수 있습니다. We keep a record of what was disclosed and when, which you may inspect on request.

4.2 수탁자 및 서비스 제공자 · To processors and service providers

회사는 모든 수탁자와 PDPA에 부합하는 개인정보 처리 계약을 체결하고, 수탁자가 위탁 목적 외로 정보를 이용하지 못하도록 관리·감독합니다.

We enter into PDPA-compliant data processing agreements with all processors and supervise them to ensure data is not used beyond the engaged purpose.

4.3 회사의 계열사 및 제휴사 · To affiliates and partners

제2조에 열거된 목적의 범위 내에서, 회원이 [별지 1] 동의서를 통해 동의한 경우에 한합니다.

Only within the purposes listed in Clause 2, and only where you have consented via the Consent Form (Annex 1).

4.4 법령에 따른 제공 · Required by law

법원의 영장·명령, 수사기관의 적법한 요청, 규제기관의 요구 등 법령상 제공 의무가 있는 경우. 회사는 법령이 금지하지 않는 한 회원에게 그 사실을 통지합니다.

Where required by a court order or warrant, a lawful request from law enforcement, or a regulatory demand. We will notify you unless prohibited from doing so by law.

4.5 제공하지 않는 경우 · What we never do

회사는 어떠한 경우에도 회원의 개인정보를 광고·마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 판매·대여·거래하지 않습니다.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, under any circumstances.

5. 국외 이전Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore

1. 회사는 서비스의 성격상 회원의 개인정보를 싱가포르 국외로 이전할 수 있습니다. 회원 다수가 해외에 거주하고, 클라우드 인프라 및 일부 수탁자가 국외에 소재하기 때문입니다. Given the nature of the Services, we may transfer your personal data outside Singapore — many members reside abroad, and our cloud infrastructure and some processors are located overseas.
2. 예상되는 이전 국가: 싱가포르, 대한민국, 미국, 그 밖에 회원의 거주 국가 또는 클라우드 인프라 소재 국가 Anticipated destinations: Singapore, the Republic of Korea, the United States, and any other country where a member resides or where our cloud infrastructure is located.
3. 이전받는 자의 유형: 제4조에 기재된 수탁자, 계열사·제휴사, 매칭 상대방이 거주하는 국가의 협력 파트너 Categories of recipient: the processors listed in Clause 4, our affiliates and partners, and cooperating partners in the country where a prospective match resides.
4. 회사는 PDPA 제26조 및 Personal Data Protection Regulations 2021 제11조에 따라, 이전받는 자가 싱가포르 PDPA에 준하는 수준의 보호를 유지하도록 법적 구속력 있는 계약(data transfer agreement 또는 이에 준하는 조치)을 체결한 후에만 이전합니다. In accordance with Section 26 of the PDPA and Regulation 11 of the Personal Data Protection Regulations 2021, we transfer personal data overseas only where the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations — a data transfer agreement or equivalent — to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
5. 회원은 dpo@primematch.vip 로 요청하여 국외 이전의 구체적 내역과 보호조치에 관한 설명을 받을 수 있습니다. You may request details of any overseas transfer and the safeguards applied by writing to dpo@primematch.vip.

6. 보유 기간 및 파기Retention and Disposal

1. 회사는 멤버십 가입 계약서 제7조 제4항에 따라, 계약서 및 [별지 2] 신상정보 확인서를 계약 종료일로부터 5년간 보존합니다. In accordance with Clause 7(4) of the Membership Agreement, we retain the Agreement and the Personal Information Declaration (Annex 2) for five years from the date of termination.
2. 그 밖의 개인정보 역시 아래 사유로 계약 종료일로부터 5년간 보존합니다. We retain other personal data for five years from termination for the following reasons:
   • 회원 또는 상대방과의 사이에 발생할 수 있는 분쟁에 대한 대응 및 법적 청구권의 행사·방어 Responding to disputes with you or another party, and establishing or defending legal claims;
   • 회원이 제공한 정보의 진위에 관한 다툼(계약서 제4조 제4항, 제8조)에 대한 증빙의 보존 Preserving evidence in relation to disputes over the truthfulness of information provided (Clauses 4(4) and 8 of the Agreement);
   • 회계 및 세무 관련 법령상의 기록 보존 의무 Complying with accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.
3. 위 기간이 경과하거나 수집 목적이 달성된 경우, 회사는 더 늦게 도래하는 시점을 기준으로 지체 없이 개인정보를 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구가 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄 또는 소각합니다. Once that period has elapsed or the purpose has been fulfilled — whichever is later — we dispose of the data without delay. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; paper records are shredded or incinerated.
4. 다만 관계 법령이 더 긴 보존을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간까지, 진행 중인 분쟁·소송·수사가 있는 경우 그 종결 시까지 보존합니다. Where applicable law requires longer retention, or where a dispute, litigation or investigation is ongoing, we retain the data until that period ends or the matter concludes.
5. 회원이 가입 신청을 하였으나 심사 결과 회원으로 승인되지 아니한 경우, 회사는 신청 자료를 심사 종료일로부터 6개월 후 파기합니다. (재신청 처리 및 중복 신청 관리 목적) Where an application is not approved, we dispose of the application materials six months after screening concludes — a period retained to manage re-applications and duplicate submissions.

7. 정보 주체의 권리Your Rights

PDPA 제21조 및 제22조에 따라 회원은 아래 권리를 가집니다.

Under Sections 21 and 22 of the PDPA, you have the following rights.

• 30일 이내에 응답이 어려운 경우, 회사는 그 사유와 예상 처리 기한을 회원에게 통지합니다. Where we cannot respond within 30 days, we will notify you of the reason and the expected timeframe.
• 회사는 열람 요청 처리에 합리적인 수수료를 청구할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 금액을 안내하고 회원의 동의를 받습니다. We may charge a reasonable fee for processing an access request. We will inform you of the amount and obtain your agreement beforehand.
• PDPA가 정한 예외에 해당하는 경우(타인의 개인정보가 포함된 경우, 법적 절차상 특권이 인정되는 정보, 수사·조사 목적의 정보 등) 요청이 제한될 수 있으며, 회사는 그 사유를 서면으로 안내합니다. Requests may be restricted where a PDPA exception applies — for instance where the data includes another person's personal data, is subject to legal privilege, or relates to an investigation. We will explain the reason in writing.
• 매칭 상대방에 관한 정보는 열람 대상에서 제외됩니다. 이는 해당 상대방의 개인정보이기 때문입니다. Information about a prospective match falls outside the scope of access requests, as it constitutes that person's personal data.

How to make a request: email dpo@primematch.vip stating your name, contact details and the nature of your request.

8. 정확성 및 정보 변경의 통지Accuracy and Notification of Changes

1. 회원은 회사에 제공하는 정보가 정확하고 완전하며 사실과 다르지 않을 것을 보장합니다 (계약서 제4조 제1항). You warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful (Clause 4(1) of the Agreement).
2. 이미 제공한 정보에 중대한 변경(혼인 상태, 직업, 거주지, 연락처, 건강상태 등)이 발생한 경우, 회원은 7일 이내에 회사에 통지해야 합니다 (계약서 제4조 제5항). You must notify us within seven days of any material change to information already provided — marital status, occupation, residence, contact details, health condition and the like (Clause 4(5) of the Agreement).
3. 회원이 제출한 자료가 고의의 위·변조 또는 은폐로 사실과 다름이 확인되는 경우, 계약서 제4조 제4항에 따라 환불 없이 멤버십이 종료될 수 있습니다. Where your submissions are found untrue through deliberate falsification, alteration or concealment, your membership may be terminated without refund under Clause 4(4) of the Agreement.

9. 쿠키 및 자동 수집 정보Cookies and Analytics

1. 회사 웹사이트는 아래 목적으로 쿠키 및 유사 기술을 사용합니다. Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
   • 필수 쿠키: 세션 유지, 보안, 신청 양식의 정상 작동 (동의 없이 사용 가능) Essential cookies: session management, security and correct operation of the application form (used without consent);
   • 분석 쿠키: 방문 통계 및 사용성 개선 (동의 시에만 사용) Analytics cookies: visit statistics and usability improvement (used only with your consent).
2. 회원은 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키를 거부하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 다만 필수 쿠키를 차단하는 경우 신청 양식 제출 등 일부 기능이 정상 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. You may refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent certain functions, such as form submission, from working correctly.
3. 회사가 사용하는 분석 도구: 회사는 제3자 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. Analytics tools we use: we do not use third-party analytics tools.

10. 마케팅 연락Marketing Communications

1. 회사는 회원이 별도로 명시적 동의를 한 경우에 한하여 전화, 문자, 이메일을 통해 마케팅 및 서비스 안내 정보를 발송합니다. 이 동의는 서비스 이용을 위한 필수 동의와 분리되어 있으며, 동의하지 않아도 서비스 이용에는 아무런 제한이 없습니다. We send marketing and service information by phone, text or email only where you have given separate express consent. That consent is distinct from the consents required to use the Services, and declining has no effect whatsoever on your use of the Services.
2. 회원은 언제든지 수신 거부를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 요청일로부터 10영업일 이내에 발송을 중단합니다. You may opt out at any time. We will stop sending such messages within 10 business days of your request.
3. 회사는 싱가포르 PDPA 제3부(Do Not Call Provisions)를 준수합니다. 회원이 싱가포르 전화번호를 등록한 경우, 회사는 마케팅 목적의 전화·문자 발송 전 DNC Registry를 확인하며, 회원의 명확한 동의(clear and unambiguous consent)가 있는 경우에만 발송합니다. We comply with Part 9 (Do Not Call Provisions) of the PDPA. Where you have registered a Singapore telephone number, we check the DNC Registry before sending any marketing call or message, and send only where you have given clear and unambiguous consent.
4. 서비스 제공에 필수적인 연락(매칭 안내, 만남 일정, 계약 및 결제 관련 통지)은 마케팅에 해당하지 않으며, 수신 거부 대상이 아닙니다. Communications essential to the Services — match notifications, meeting arrangements, and contractual or payment notices — are not marketing and are not subject to opt-out.

11. 보안Security

회사는 개인정보의 무단 접근, 수집, 이용, 공개, 복제, 변경, 폐기 및 그 밖의 유사한 위험을 방지하기 위하여 아래의 조치를 시행합니다.

We implement the following measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal and similar risks.

• 저장 및 전송 시 암호화 Encryption at rest and in transit;
• 업무상 필요한 최소 인원에 대한 접근 권한 제한 및 접근 기록의 보관 Access restricted to the minimum personnel required, with access logs retained;
• 임직원 및 컨설턴트에 대한 비밀유지 서약 및 정기 교육 Confidentiality undertakings and regular training for staff and consultants;
• 정기 백업 및 접근 통제 시스템 운영 Regular backups and operation of access control systems;
• 수탁자에 대한 보안 요구사항 부과 및 점검 Security requirements imposed on and audited across our processors.

개인정보 침해 사고 발생 시: 회사는 PDPA 제26D조에 따라, 회원에게 중대한 피해를 초래할 가능성이 있거나 500명 이상의 정보에 영향을 미치는 침해가 발생한 경우, 이를 인지한 날로부터 3일(calendar days) 이내에 개인정보보호위원회(PDPC)에 신고하고, 영향을 받은 회원에게 지체 없이 통지합니다.

In the event of a data breach: where a breach is likely to result in significant harm to you, or affects 500 or more individuals, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) within three calendar days of becoming aware of it, and notify affected members without undue delay, in accordance with Section 26D of the PDPA.

12. 민감정보에 관한 특칙Special Safeguards for Sensitive Data

건강 정보, 범죄경력, 혼인관계 증명서, 소득·자산 증빙 등 민감한 정보에 대하여 회사는 아래의 추가 조치를 적용합니다.

We apply the following additional safeguards to sensitive data, including health information, criminal records, marriage status certificates and proof of income or assets.

1. 접근 권한을 파운더 및 지정된 담당 컨설턴트로 한정하며, 접근 기록을 별도로 보관합니다. Access is limited to the founders and your designated consultant, and access logs are kept separately.
2. 매칭 상대방에게는 원본 서류를 제공하지 않으며, 서비스 목적상 필요한 최소한의 사실(예: "혼인경력 없음", "자녀 없음")만을 전달합니다. We never provide original documents to a prospective match, only the minimum facts necessary for the Services — for example, "no previous marriage" or "no children".
3. 건강 및 범죄경력에 관한 정보는 회원의 별도 동의 없이 상대방에게 전달하지 않습니다. 다만 회원 또는 타인의 생명·신체에 대한 긴급한 위험이 있다고 합리적으로 판단되는 경우, 회사는 PDPA가 허용하는 범위에서 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. We do not disclose health or criminal record information to the other party without your separate consent. Where we reasonably believe there is an urgent risk to the life or physical safety of you or another person, we may take necessary action to the extent permitted by the PDPA.
4. 원본 증빙서류는 검증 완료 후 검증 결과(적합/부적합)만을 남기고 파기하는 것을 원칙으로 하되, 제6조의 분쟁 대응 목적상 보존이 필요한 경우 별도 암호화 저장소에 보관합니다. As a rule, original supporting documents are destroyed once verification is complete, with only the outcome retained. Where retention is necessary for the dispute-related purposes in Clause 6, they are held in separate encrypted storage.

13. 미성년자Minors

회사의 서비스는 만 21세 이상을 대상으로 합니다 (계약서 제5조 제1항). 회사는 만 21세 미만인 자의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 사실을 인지하는 즉시 해당 정보를 파기합니다.

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 21 and above (Clause 5(1) of the Agreement). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21, and will destroy any such data immediately upon becoming aware of it.

14. 방침의 변경Changes to This Policy

1. 회사가 본 방침을 변경하는 경우, 변경 사항을 웹사이트에 게시합니다. Where we amend this Policy, we publish the changes on our website.
2. 회원의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경(수집 항목의 추가, 이용 목적의 확대, 제3자 제공 범위의 확대 등)의 경우, 회사는 시행일 30일 전까지 회원에게 이메일로 통지하며, 필요한 경우 새로운 동의를 받습니다. For changes that materially affect your rights — additional data categories, expanded purposes, or broader disclosure — we notify you by email at least 30 days before the effective date, and obtain fresh consent where required.
3. 회원이 통지된 변경에 동의하지 않는 경우, 제3조에 따라 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. If you do not agree to a notified change, you may withdraw consent under Clause 3.

15. 개인정보보호책임자 및 문의Data Protection Officer and Contact

PDPA 제11조 제3항에 따라 회사는 아래와 같이 개인정보보호책임자(DPO)를 지정합니다.

In accordance with Section 11(3) of the PDPA, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer.

이의 제기 절차 · Complaints: 회원은 개인정보 처리에 관한 이의를 위 DPO에게 제기할 수 있으며, 회사는 접수일로부터 30일 이내에 서면으로 회신합니다. 회사의 처리 결과에 만족하지 못하는 경우, 회원은 싱가포르 개인정보보호위원회(PDPC)에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다.

You may raise a complaint about our handling of your personal data with the DPO above; we will respond in writing within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

16. 준거법Governing Law
